Chef Gianni's Italian focaccia is airy and crusty, and is best served warm. Our Focaccia recipe is traditional and made with real potatoes. Have it along side one of our Finally main dishes or use it to make a sandwich. Either way, you'll love it.

All Natural and No Preservatives. Focaccia comes cooked and frozen, simply heat and serve.

Focaccia available in 2 options:  Full Rectangular (3 - 4 servings) or Box containing 3 slices.

Flour, water, russet potatoes, cherry tomatoes, active yeast, pesto (basil, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil), sea salt, oregano, basil
Focaccia comes frozen. Preheat oven to 360 degrees Farenheit. Heat for 15 minutes in static oven or 10 - 12 minutes in convection oven. Remove from oven, cut and serve.
