A true Italian classic! Chef Gianni's Gluten Free Meat Lasagna is savoury, sweet, and handmade. We are not a Gluten Free facility but we use only Gluten Free Pasta in this lasagna.  

All Natural and No Preservatives.  Product is frozen.

Meat Sauce (ground beef, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, onions, carrots, celery, sage, rosemary, garlic, basil, tomato paste, red wine, tomatoes passata and polpa, bay leaf, sea salt, black pepper, Vegetable Broth (water, onions, carrots, celery, bay leaf, garlic)), Gluten-Free Lasagna Sheets (corn flour, rice flour), Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, starter cultures, microbial coagulating enzyme, acetic acid), Tomato Sauce (tomatoes passata and polpa, onions, carrots, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, sea salt, black pepper, water), Grana Padano Cheese (cow’s milk, salt, calf rennet, lysozyme chicken egg protein)
Sous Vide Method: Bring water to a boil. Place entire bag from frozen into boiling water for 30 mins. Remove and serve.
